If tanks are in good condition our coating methods can be a very economical alternative.
Tanks are coated with two layers of GFRP (450CSM). Manways, risers and forecourt covers are also installed for future access. This procedure is non-structural, but the tanks are guaranteed for 25 years against internal corrosion and ethanol fuels. The warranty is not available for tanks without cathodic protection however it can very easily be installed at time of lining. Other AS4897 conditions apply.
Additionally, where ATG is installed EPA regulations can be fully satisfied depending on the State or Territory.
